If during the first 90 days of service you’re not satisfied for any reason, just let us know. We want the opportunity to make it right. Even if that means refunding your payments for repair services. All of the below conditions must be met to qualify for any refund request.

• While we encourage you to stay for the full 90 days, so we can get the results you expect, you can request a refund within the first 90 days after on-boarding
• Refunds are limited to payments made for up to 90 days of service fees
• If your subscription includes credit monitoring, $15 per month is non-refundable and will be withheld from any refund
• You or nobody on your behalf (other than Credit Defenders) is currently or has previously attempted to repair your credit within the past 2 years of enrolling with us
• We were unable to remove 20% or more of all negative items challenged
• You mailed, faxed, or emailed us all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors within 7 days of receiving said correspondence
• You did not get any new inquiries on your credit report that were not first approved by [COMPANY_Name]
• You did not get any new derogatory remarks on your credit report. Ex: late payments, collections, utilization (individual account or overall) increase over 5%  etc.
